Educational and consultancy purpose
Website content is general educational information, not a substitute for requirements issued by your university, ethics committee, funder, journal, employer or legal adviser.

Services are guidance-led. The researcher remains responsible for authorship, originality, data integrity, approvals, citations, disclosures and compliance with institutional rules. We do not offer impersonation, fabricated data, purchased authorship, guaranteed grades or undisclosed submission of work written on a client’s behalf.
No guaranteed outcome
Research, degree, grant, patent and publication decisions are controlled by independent institutions and reviewers. Advice can improve clarity and readiness but cannot guarantee acceptance or any specific result.
Engagement scope
Before paid work begins, the parties should agree on deliverables, responsibilities, timing, fees, revision boundaries, required materials and confidentiality. Work outside that scope may require a revised agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, have authority to share supplied material, disclose relevant deadlines and restrictions, review outputs and make final research decisions. Human-subject, confidential or regulated data must not be shared without appropriate authority and safeguards.

Content may be updated as research and publishing practices change. Links to third-party resources do not imply control or endorsement. Verify current journal, index, institutional and regulatory requirements at their official source.
Intellectual property
The website’s original text, branding and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Research material provided by a client remains subject to the client’s or relevant rights holder’s ownership and agreed engagement terms.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, The Research Minds is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website information or for outcomes controlled by third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
